Getting Here

From areas south of Les Cheneaux

Take I-75 north, over the Mackinac Bridge, and continue North on I-75 for 14 more miles. Take Exit 359 onto M-134/North Huron Shore Drive. Continue East for 14 miles – welcome to Hessel! Continue East for 3 more miles and you’ll land in Cedarville! what to pack

From areas west of Les Cheneaux

Take US-2 to I-75. Travel along I-75 North for 14 miles. Take Exit 359 onto M-134/North Huron Shore Drive. Continue East for 14 miles – welcome to Hessel! Continue East for 3 more miles and you’ll land in Cedarville!

From Northern Upper Peninsula

Take M-28 east to M-129. Turn right and travel south on M-129 for 24 miles – welcome to Cedarville! Turn right and travel 3 miles to land in Hessel!

  • East Entrance (Between Boot Island and Strongs Island)
  • Middle Entrance (Between Marquette Island and Little La Salle Island)
  • West Entrance (between Point Brulee and Marquette Island, main entrance to Hessel)
